Ok I think the title explains it all.  Aiddat is Taddia as in Nick Taddia backwards. They didn't but I thought it was a cool name so I went to make a new battle.net account as Doctor-Elvis but at the last moment I upgraded it to Alvis from that episode of Sealab 2021. _______________ Who's your news source? Well, one day I went to this random homing pigeon forum when I was 11 or so, and I wanted a cool name, so I made it from the first two letters of three things that were very important to me at the time. And the name stuck... long enough for me to reach my Jedi Knight series days.. |

Full Metal Alchemist and Full Metal Panic FTW! But its actually alot deeper. Belive it or not I have friends who call me Fullmetal IRL. I figured what started as a jest between friends was a rather suiting gunner name. As for the 8th sin, that came about from my facination with the homunculus in FMA. The main ones are all named after the 7 deadly sins. Rather than use the name of the sin, another ctfer inspired me to use the number and well since the 7th was already taken by this ctfer I chose to be the 8th sin, granting my self a bit of originality rather than choosing something existing. _______________

I was looking around for inspiration for a new IRC nick, looked out the window, saw a dark sky, stuck them together, added an 'e' for that extra mystique and so darkskye was born. Hmmm, not an adaptation it 'twas the first name that came into my head when I played the original black and white and had to name my creature. I liked the name and used it since. was originally Monty which is a bike company ( www.monty.es ) but after i left the ranks from MontyJAK, MontyJAT i decided i would use my SWG name i made when i first joined the game in 2003 which was Monteeee ( 4 e's was easy to remember ) After i retired i just used Monteeee, but when in IRC i was changing Nick and just held E for ages but IRC chopped it down and its pretty much how it is now, it vary's on IRC to the ammount of E's but the ammount i have means nothing extra heh the cesar canas on my profile is Monty bike trial champion ^_^ just incase you wondered. I get my JA name from a character from Lewis Caroll's Alice In Wonderland, who was also called The Cheshire Cat. A lot of mystery surrounds him in the book, and i thought it would be a good name to use as my character is also supposed to be a bit mysterious. NofrikinfuN was the result of me spending over an hour trying to make up an original nickname (Which didn't use numbers.) on MSN Gaming Zone around December 1999. I eventually started to type random insults into the name field, most of which were actually taken! Finally I thought "This is no fricken fun." Hence, I typed in NofrikinfuN and I had my new name. It has yet to be taken anywhere I go. However, though NofrikinfuN pre-exists my time at the academy, it was NOT my original name here. I joined under the name Palidus, which is just something I made up to sound something like Paladin, as I've always liked the knight in shining armor types. My only other name that stuck on the net was KaoS_Armageddon. Back in the day, I played Quake 2 with some friends and we made the clan KaoS. I originally went with KaoS_NofrikinfuN, but it didn't fit in the MPlayer name field. So, KaoS_Armageddon was the "shortened" version. |

Interesting topic here lol The name meanings that are listed here are also pretty interesting. LOL was wondering where "carve" came from etc. A few might already know this, but for the rest to see, i guess i could briefly explain. I use Lightning Rod for just about any game i play. Means quite a few things lol Mainly its meaning comes into play in competitive gaming, pvp of some sort. In this case, although many already know what an actual lightning rod is, i use it for more of a dueling reference. Its always been the case where id duel someone, win or lose, id always come back. No matter the damage dealt, no beating would affect me. I wouldnt give up however, but then again i am human, after a while it can get to ya lol. So in this case, i could take on the world of gaming, take the worst beatings, and all of that effort put into defeating me(whenever it happens) just allows me to learn from it and become that much better. Improvement is always something to strive for. I guess thats sorta what got me to where i am. rdbest, I got Ten Ken from Rurouni Kenshin, the anime. It was the title of some kid named Soujiro who was insanely fast and meant something like "God Sword". I thought it was fitting because, at the time, my style involved an offensive blitz of attacks. P.S. Is Jedi Outcast still on the Zone?
