Somebody borked my account status. I just happened to come to the site to browse around and found I was mistakenly made a student. Unless I'm no longer famous enough to be retired, in which case I feel kinda dumb.  Just wanted to call attention to it, in case it was overlooked.  EDIT: Turns out, I'm dumb. Nah you're not dumb, you were supposed to be in the HoF. Just a bit of a hic-up from when the script was run to remove all the knights staff and trainers back to student. Well Grad, you say you don't understand it being any kind of a big deal, but this place was, once upon a time, a big part of my everyday life. Being an instructor was the one time in my life where I felt like I knew what I was talking about and could really make a difference to someone. I guess the Hall of Fame spot for me was just a nice pat on the back, someone telling me I was important enough to be remembered. All in all, I guess it wasn't deserved, honestly. But it was fun while it lasted. I guess now I have to find some other outlet to be recognized in.  |

Nah man, I know I'm demoted. But I'm not standing for someone saying that about me in public like that. And Phantom is right, let's not turn this into an argument. People change over time, they experience things that make them different people. I've had my share, and I'm different from it. Yeah, SoL, I really appreciate you saying that out in public instead of on my profile or a private message, thanks alot..... And all the stuff I had to put up with while I was a JAK has changed me, in both good and bad ways, yes. I'm no longer the "wanna be friends with everybody" student I was before. I learned alot of things being a Knight, and one of those is how people change over short periods of time. I just never really saw the big deal about having the "Retired" title or being in the Hall of Fame. There's no difference, NFF. Being retired is the same as being a student, you know that. You just don't have retired under your name now. But yeah, the Hall of Fame has been cleansed and the criteria for it has been changed, which you probably didn't meet. Is it really that big of a deal, though?
