Its actually true if you think about it. No need for fancy moves or strange aerial combos if you know how to time a swing right. It doesnt matter if its advanced or not...poking is cheap and requires nearly no skill at all, plus "real" poking is only restricted to ppl with a good optical mouse anyway.
