I really don't know which is the best, so here's a poll :) Right now I'm torn between Yellow and red. What do you guys think? I haven't seen many use blue, so this will be interesting. I'm expecting some kind of Red-Yellow-Blue Outcome.

Wow, I thought this thread was doomed, now it's my 2nd highest on post count. Never expected yellow to be 1st either.

blue is coolest, red and yeller are most effective. Its fun to kill someone in half a second with a few blue diagonals.

Blue can be pretty damn effective! However, it's very risky to use it because you lose almost all your ability to block your opponent's attacks (if he or she is using red / yellow).

Well i kinda understood what saz was trying to say.
Thing is, youve gotta remember that were talking about lightsabers here. These edgeless things which can cut through everything despite the angle or speed in which they hit the target. So in this case, its pretty logic that the "slow-down" part of a swing still does damage.

Oh and Talion i can assure you that you dont need the overhead at all to instakill someone (besides poking/spinning).

oh i know, i think u misunderstood. i meant i think thats the only insta classed as a BUG

i somehow know what masta wants to say :P
well about once a day i kill someone instantly without overhead. well i guess i must forget that 'glitch' word coz almost everything in this game is a glitch and all of us glitch in some way lol. so ermm yeah... i do right strong stance swing... it hits opponent but at the pointed out state i do backflip = omfgh4xinstakill coz that pointed out saber somehow finds it way to the headshot :P

well about my last theory.... ok that 'end of the swing' somehow should damage too but absolutely the same damage?

conclusion: after one month or maybe two i will stop complaining about glitches coz obviously my style will have enough glitches to call myself gL1thc0r :P

this is kinda proving a point i am lookign at...people are to sensative towards sploits. yes Poking ect IS sploiting. but sazabi. like mastz00r said dont say if u cant back it up.. spoliting is basicly using bugs or bglitchesi n the game to cause unatural damage, crouching or jumping while swinging. i would NOT define...as sploiting..

ok whatever :P
well overhead+backflipd and the overhead+jumpup
are glitches because...
well coz of the same reason like wigglin :)
when you do any swing the only part of the saber which should hit is the start. coz i cant explain very good... imagine an arrow.
you get it in your hand and try to kill someone with the sharp '---->'. now imagine that ' >-- '
lookin thing could do the same damage as ' --> '.
how the hell could that do any damage? :P
dunno if that was a good example and im like poo in explaing things but its the same with sabers.

that made no sense o0 and the overhead backflip is probably the only one hit kill (apart from poking and spinning) that is called a super glitch..

lmao, most pros I know are the ones who use one hit kills. ;)

who are those pros? anyway i think our definition for pro is different.
my pro is the one who can defeat his/her opponent in any way.
your pro is the one who plays only to win. thats why ppl uses one hit kills anyway...

No... I never said the 'pros' I knew used one hit kills exclusively, did I? You merely assumed that. I said that as a testament to their skill. Could YOU do the jump crouch one hit kill while I'm using yellow running back and forth? Your definition of pro is someone who can defeat their opponent any way they want. When did I say differently? I said certain pros USE one hit kills. Do you see the word 'exclusively' in there? I thought not. Please know what you're talking about before you contradict a statement.

Saz, seriously. If you state something, in this case it would be your sentence about the aforementioned moves beeing exploits, and someone asks you to explain/backup your statement, then you shouldnt answer with something like:
Quote:
ask a pro coz im not one.

If you cant back up your own conclusions and thoughts, then please stop posting them.

i think this leads to the topic we discussed like 9999999x999999 times so i think we should drop this one hit kill point off the thread.
coz i will annoy you again ^_^

How are they glitches? They run through the opponent, and you jump... not that glitchy if you ask me. You're just doing as much damage as possible.

EVERYONE does hit and run :D

one hit kills? only with overhead+backflip and thats a bug. most of other red one hit kills are mod bugs :) (JAR *rolls eyes*)

One hit kills. Yes. Since it appears you don't like JAR, from your rolling of the eyes, it's safe to say perhaps you use Japlus? Or base? Well, one hit kills are easy. Just do an overhand, and when your saber hits the ground, crouch. That will add extra damage. Then, immediately jump up. That drags your saber through the other guys head, doing the final damage. It's a one hit kill.

And no, not everyone does hit and run. There's a difference between creating space, and just running, hitting, and then getting out (yellow and duals).

red looks for a good spot to attack ant then attacks ;) = hit and run . well ok... hit and jump if you like that :D

anyway in your post you just explained how to do another glitch :D
pwnt :P
no i dont use japlus , jar is totaly messed coz originaly saber fights = basejka saber fights.
unfortunaly d00ds changed something too much :P
