I really don't know which is the best, so here's a poll  Right now I'm torn between Yellow and red. What do you guys think? I haven't seen many use blue, so this will be interesting. There are a lot of ways to instakill someone with red (besides poking and the overhead+backflip). But hey they require you to move your mouse so i guess they dont count? We could be equally ignorant of duals and just say it's a hit and run style, but that's not the case. Have you seen people do one hit kills with red? That's pretty damn cool. Ever seen a duel end with a well time delay slash? That's pretty damn cool. Ever seen an aerial overhand backflip that takes off 130 with one hit? That's pretty damn cool. Don't say red's not cool if you're not a red user. i use red almost all the time, cause it looks cool and i can wield it quite well, but i don't deny that yellow is far superior, due to it's balanced aspects. however, someone more proficient with blue or red can still dice yellow users, depending on skills. |

No, any person can get along just fine without using hybrids. There are many masters who I have seen who strictly use red or yellow only, and completely destroy hybrid users. Id personally prefer to use blue vs yellow instead of red. Blue is fast, and can be used to counter like yellow counters, red cant. For that reason, blue suits me better than red. Yellow feels easier, though, and Ill stick 2 that, but if i had 2 chose between red and/or blue vs yellow, id actually go for blue. Blue can do little damage, but very fast. Lots of quick hits result in big damage; therefore, Blue is also a great stance. |

Heh, it wasnt very long ago I was trying 2 figure out which stance/weapon was the best. I was also in doubt between both yellow and red... untill I went to Leif's class. he had two groups fight each other 1 vs 1, one group used red pure, the other used yellow pure. It turned out both could hit each other, and beat each other, as well as dodge and defend against each other. Theres no "better" weapon/stance, it can all kill and be killed. In the end its all about tactics, it's not about what you use, its how you use it Blue is sometimes seen as a weak stance, well, it does deal little damage, but in the right hands, its as deadly as any stance.
