Actually, in a wierd way Owen going home will strengthen our team. The reason being Sven will now be a forced to play a 4-5-1 formation which is what he should do anyway. That formation gives the Gerrard the freedom to go forward as well as Lampard, which I think is going to be the key to us doing well, as Lampard does not appear to have his scoring shoes on this tournament. lol I'm not pleased about his injury. It just means that English team gonna be weakened cause he's very good player. notice how the paced stopped when rooney went off? i ceritnly did and boy he wasnt happy about being taken off englands defense was crap, some nice tackles but generally crap especially at set pieces... come on england we know u can be the world class team ... _______________ If you add me to MSN, tell me who you are

The best strike certainly (so far) however i'm not sure as a 'goal' it beats the 24 pass super goal by Argentina when England start playing that well then we will be in a position to win the tournement, and i'm sure they are capable.. with the right team selection. So. I was surprised Germany beat Ecuador. Not sure who will win this, on current form England will probably edge it, then again it could be a draw, especially as i think starting Hargreaves is a bad mistake.
