So I decide to get back into JK2 after about 8 months of not playing. Very cool, I don't know why I stopped playing aside from the fact that I left the country but that's only 6 out of 8 months. Anyway, I discover this Academy. It seems very cool as well so I apply. While waiting to find out if I'm accepted, I download mIRC and start chatting with some of the Academy people in the channel. That was very cool as well. You people are entertaining and cool to be around.  So now I'm looking forward to being a part of the Academy, starting up classes, and just having a good time. Today, I got my acceptance email!  Yah! Last night, my monitor broke.  So the situation now is, I'm accepted to the Academy and itching to start classes and get to know more of the students and instructors, staff, etc. but I can't because I have no monitor!!!! Luckily it's still under warrenty for the next 183 days, so I'll get a new one (hopefully) but it'll take a week or 2 so I can't take any classes and I can't play JK2!!!!!!!! I can't even get into the IRC channel cause my parents don't do IRC. grrrrr Whatever, I look forward to starting up classes once my monitor situation is resolved._______________ Have you ever watched charismatic Christians change a light bulb? Yah, what's up with that?! Don't they know how to make quality monitors these days?! I thought all monitors were supposed to be able to survive a 13 story fall!! grrrrrr!!
Yah, I'm using my parents computer so I'm pushing it by posting in the forums. I definitely won't be installing anything even something as menial as a java applet.
