Hope there isn't already a thread about this... has anyone else been watching this show? Just watched the first 11 episodes and I think it's freaken awesome; plot, characters, super powers - all of it. I'm hearing Season 1 continues this Monday. yeah, veronica mars did come out of nowhere! that crazy biotch killed the irish dude just like that--way harsh and majorly uncool.
still, who is her daddy...and what does he do? can her dad be the mysterious killer? or the fat guy with glasses that's tracking down ppl? no. it can't be. he's too ugly. anyway, why did her dad tell veronica to not go after peter? isn't that what she came to ireland for? so, peter is going to canada with his new gf! what could be there waiting for the pair? rawr! the suspense. once again, parkman fails at life. meh my dislike of him is reignited by his tremendous blunder this week. he lost his dad and thereby wasting molly's efforts and sacrifice in finding him. way to go. on top of that we learned that he may have abandoned his wife and kid just like his father did all those years ago. meh. still, we learned that there's more to his powers beyond mind reading. i really look forward to next week. we might get to see hiro, kensae (gaijin smash'uh), and japanese girl who's name i forget fight an army! lol. plus, mohinder meeting maica's cousin and possible peter going to montreal. oooohhh. did anyone see the face-off between alejandro and sylar in the preview for next weeks episode? sylar said that when he gets back his powers he'll kill alejandro! if i were alejandro i'll be all like "fight me now girly man!" then i'll tell maya to fight him for me. |

i must say new episode was awesome.
that new blond girl kinda came out of nowhere and looks pretty random and i doubt we will see her for a long time tbh. matt's father hmmm... does he actually say that everyone who has superpowers can develop them beyound imagination? nathan... wtf? is he actually turning into something like nikki? multi-personalities etc? he is still cooler than before 
actually i must say some old characters changed a bit... and couple of them actually look better(mohinder,nathan). when i first saw sylar in that hawai shirt i thought he is gonna change too,but when he killed that woman in his old style i was really disappointed, nothing has changed about him ;s. _______________ playing jk3 since 30th of january (2005), member since 1st of february. yes sylar is teh lame with or without his powers. i wonder if he'll regain his old powers in time or if those powers are all lost and he has to start a new collection. still, i don't find him very super-villainish just bashing ppl with random hard objects. it lacks finess.
the best storylines of the new season would have to be peter's. the whole anmesia, weird necklace, new hairstyle and ending up in an irish gang is pretty rad. damn peter can do all sorts of cool stuff like force grip, push/pull, and hadoukens. anyway, i think they main bad guy of season two had something to do with peter's current condition! i have to admit the haircut was a nice touch...and i bet he swiped those ipod's too. hiro's new storyline, travelling back in time to help kensai (sp?) on his way to becoming a legend, is not that great. hiro is better suited as the main hero and not as the sidekick, he's just not as charming that way. anyway i am hopeful that hiro will once again step into the limelight and get the japanese girl from kensai, well cuz he needs to get laid. i love maica's cousin the one that works in mickey d's and did the rey mysterio kick on the robber. pwned!!! she should watch some bruce lee movies and learn jeet kun do and go kick the crap out of slyar. the powerless sylar is just cruising for an buttwhoppin' and getting nunchuck'd to death would be a fitting end...or just something i'd like to see. maya and alejandro are lame, maya less so cuz she is mui caliente. but their powers are just so bleh that unless there's more to them than that, they might as well be cut out of the series. claire's new boyfriend. lol. i don't like the guy; not that i'm jealous or anything i just don't like him. he'll lead to her daddy's downfall somehow! i just know it. he might be working for the enemy! isn't it funny claire falls for someone with the same powers as her biological daddy, nathan?
mohinder and fat cop as molly's guardian is quite interesting. mohinder is cooler now cuz he's doing undercover spy stuff. i'm also starting to like parkman a bit more cuz he looks like getting his act together. he's becoming more...heroic. but he better save molly or my opinion is gonna change real quick. ohhhhhhh veronica mars is on the show next week. she's kinda hot. I still don't like stalker dude. Parkman's dad being the bad guy Molly sees in her nightmares is rather interesting. I'm glad to see Nathan pulling himself together, but we again saw his burnt reflection in the mirror. season 1 was unfolding slowly letting you get to know the characters, season 2 starts we know the characters so they hit us with some cool stuff straight away.

new season is a bit lame tbh.
things happening too fast etc. first thing that got into me is that the whole clair and that flyingboy story was happening way too fast. in season 1 simmilar things took atleast 2-3 episodes to happen. oh and like... flying in middle of town wont get any attention? then sylar... i mean sure he is evil as hell and likes to eat brain, but doing same thing over and over gets boring. almost like watching a robot doing its thing. peter... pretty much the same thing like wtih sylar... like whoa im throwing everyone with telekines... whoa i do that again... and again and again... why he seems so surprised every time he does that. his 'surprised' face is getting boring as well. then DL... i might be wrong but i think he was alive in the last episode of season 1. even when the whole big thing was happening. no? kensei = european? lame. i expected a story more simmilar to hiro and his father... like hiro didnt know what his father was... oh and why he was killed in season 2? i kinda thought he didnt have any powers lol... well atleast he didnt show them. angela (i think thats the name) petrelli then... what kind of power she has? i watche the whole season1 and didnt see her performing anything unusual? please comment all of these thoughts... especially the last ones... oh and btw - i still love heroes _______________ playing jk3 since 30th of january (2005), member since 1st of february. R2D2:I've seen up to Lizards, as I can't find any later episodes.

Finally decided to watch this show last weekend, watched the entire first Season, and the first 2 episodes from Season 2.
Have to say it's awesome, and I can't wait till the next episode. One thing I didn't understand, and didn't find answered in this thread (which I read almost completely :O) is when Bennett and the Haitian run into Nathan and drive him against the fence (one of the first episodes from Season 1), Nathan is seen jumping up in the sky, and flying away. Shouldn't the Haitian have blocked Nathan's flying abilities? |
