Hope there isn't already a thread about this... has anyone else been watching this show? Just watched the first 11 episodes and I think it's freaken awesome; plot, characters, super powers - all of it. I'm hearing Season 1 continues this Monday. That was a neat surprise yeah I had thought they might just make Hiro take over, but I guess Hiro will just train him in heroics after this. I had a look at the 12 trials of Kensei or whatever they are, and the last one seemed quite a grisly death (cut out heart), because I had been presuming Hiro would take over the role of Kensei I didn't know how that would work, but now with the Claire scenes in that episode we know Kensei could possible survive such a fate...

Mohinder and HRG are pretty damn sneaky this time round! Liked the Matt/Angela scene "GET OUTTA MY HEAD!!* Wonder what it was that attacked her? Interesting that Peter's fathers company used the godsend kanji as well... Oh and seems Alejandro has a power too, take pain into himself? Absorb it somehow? Interesting that they are twins. Kensei is awesome btw, totally unexpectedly awesome. And I bet noone thought Matt and Mohinder would have a kid I had a feeling Nathan would show up somehow. I found it rather interesting when he looked in the mirror at the bar and saw himself all burned up. Could have been a hallucination, or something more... Claire's stalker dude is rather creepy and has a flying ability just like Nathan. Maybe that dude is related to Nathan, making him related to Claire? I think Hiro may turn out to be the "real" Kensei. The current one isn't very heroic heh. I'm guessing Molly could perhaps be getting nightmares via the Mexican girl or simply from the person who is "worse" than Sylar. Mohinder and Parkman cared about Molly, not too surprised they decided to take care of her. EDIT: I feel like an idiot. All this time I thought the new season started just last week, and it wasn't until now that I realized that today is Monday the 27, thus Monday the 25 can't happen this month, and the season doesn't start until September.

Season 1 DVD comes out in the US on Tuesday the 28th, including the unaired 73 minute pilot. eve, was mohinder's neighbour? If it was her didn't she shoot herself in the head, could Sylar still take her power then?
On the other hand I've heard Sylar use the voice she got when she was persuading someone many times, but I just took it as a sign of power, you know the big bad wolf. |

As I said, I can forgive it somewhat. I of course would want to make sure he's dead too. Remember the last time he died though? There was only the doctor, and it was after absorbing eve's power, so for all bennet knew the doctor was just being influenced by sylar's power of mind control.

And the question also is did he crawl away or did someone take him away. And really everyone else had someone they were concerned with. Bennet with Claire, Mohindar and molly with parkman, nikki with her husband. oh c'mon! u just KNEW he wasnt dead. cause unless it is blatantly obvious they are dead (eg in bits) then they are still alive. He has been medically dead before, shot and he is still alive. he has killed MANY people and the full extent of his powers were unknown, so call me a crazy psycho but I'd want to make DAMN sure he was dead before i even turned my back on him _______________ INTP |

So if Kring wants to again pull something like Peter being unable to fly himself when going nuclear, he will need to have that explanation, not just "we needed nathan to sacrifice himself," because saying we're not supposed to think that won't work. "Never underestimate your audience. They're generally sensitive, intelligent people who respond positively to quality entertainment." i can forgive alot of things jack does simply because when he needs to rock he does, example, he rocked fayad so badly when he finally killed him. The neck break on the way in was awesome aswell.
