Alright heres the deal, everyone who was on the 42 person is in, in the event they can't make it: a substitute can be named, but D@RTH M@UL must be notified prior. Yeah, the times don't matter, however: once the brackets are put out, it is your responsibility to find a chance to meet with your opponent. Also, I'm going to start things next week, so people will be able to fight the weekend before and not be rushed. I suggest you pull the names from the hat, as we don't want the 'powerful' duelsits to meet in the first rounds otherwise some n00b (like me  ) will fluke it to the end whilst all the good guys get knocked out early, then who ever else gets to the final will have an easy win.<why in all my psots to I keep talking about me in the final lol ? Having different servers could cause ping issues, and people getting upset about one guy being able to fight on the server with a better ping. I say keep one server, but let people go in gradually, maybe 2 different rooms (although again you have the problem of people saying that one room had more space etc) About amount of people in a server, don't even try 42 10, think that still might be a bit steep, but there are a lot of people to cover. The thing is, even if they only spectate, people cause lag, and if they follow someone it makes the dueler lag, so if you've got 7 of the 10 people all watching one guy....you see what I'm getting at.As for refs, you already asked me silk as I said I had experience admining tourneys. The EU people (or those close to Europe) on the NL server and the Americans/closer to that than Europe on the Home server? And the times should probably be different for the two servers to make sure most people possible can make it. |

we should split the tourney up on 2 servers, half on one half on the other...Once the brackets are set in, it'll be easier to see who goes where. We also need to know what possible time we will be dueling. _______________ Get busy living, or get busy dying. |

should have like first 10 or 12 people go in, have them go at it, then the next, then the next etc........ do it that way. for the first rounds, then the second rounds split in half, then the third you can have them all and the last round them all there, confusing isn't it?  _______________ -ShadowSith: CTF/gunner specialist. |
