I have been a member of the JA since December 2002. I have been honored with many great and...ahem...interesting friendships. So it is with a heavy heart that I must announce that June will be my last month with the JA. I am moving from San Diego with my wife back to my hometown where I have received a job offer as a Network Administrator. The JA has been my online family and I never boot up the computer without checkin' out the site. Even though I have been inactive on the servers for some time, I have become more and more regular on the site. I sincerely hope that those I have sold into slavery through the auctions will forgive me and will treat their new masters well.  To the Founders: Thank you for providing this amazing community. There are few places like this in the online world. Thank you. To the Council & Staff: The bonds that people create here are due mostly to your diligence in establishing rules and providing an online environment that is intriguing and always changing through mods and maps. Thank you C1 and the rest of the Council crew! To the Instructors: You guys are amazing! Your dedication of time and patience are a testimony to all who enter the Academy doors and without you this would all fall down around us. You are crucial pillars to the community that is the JA. Thank you. To the Knights: You guys suck! j/k! You guys are awesome. You come out from among the ranks of the students and stand out as student leaders committed to excellence in conduct and skill. You are the backbone and without you the heads of the JA would lose a vital connection with the students of the JA. To the students: You ARE the JA. Pure and simple. Never have I seen such a devoted and fun-loving group in a online setting before. Keep it clean and keep it fun. This is YOUR academy. The rules are there so it stays fun. It is up to all of you to keep it that way. To DJ: Thanks for always answering the silliest of my questions about freakin' BSD!! You've been a huge help to me. Don't be surprised if I stop by and ask you a question from time to time!  To Monty: You really DO suck! I'll never forget how you ditched me you S.O.B.! Nah, you're the best, bro. Thanks for all the laughs on the site, servers, and especially ICQ. Good luck witht the marriage and remember that love is not about you or your feelings. The feelings come and go. Love is about laying your desires down and choosing to make her feel happy and appreciated regardless of yourself.
