well people... the idea of creating a new profile is tempting... but unfortunately i haven't achieved enough to truly be remembered. and besides, you would all know about it since you posted it here!

actually i think fiZZ's idea of stopping at 999 and making a new profile would be awsome, only better if nobody knows then they'll all wonder what happened to Bubu and i can take over the job of Ulic's padawan and then everyone will think i killed you and then... hmmmmm maybe not.

nope! It counts the posts you make because we have certain posts that are only viewable by certain people. For instance I have a total comment count of 640, but a student will only see I've made 622 posts. This is because I've left a few instructor or admin level comments on the site somewhere.
I don't think this is an ineffeicient way to do it. I'ts just a SQL "select count..." statement. _______________ My car is made of Nerf. |
