I know what you're saying 'but you never went anywhere....'. Well I sort of did. I was here in body, but my spirit left. Some of you will know what I'm talking about, others won't. I've been having arguments on IRC, mostly over conflicting points of view, I'm had a very 'elitest' attitude, even placing myself above people. I've been arrogant, cocky, selfish and a downright bar steward. I've forgotten all that I was, all that I am...I've taken the academy for granted, I'm bad mouthed it, and I've made it look bad in public, I can't possibly hope to apologoze for these things, except to try and give back what its given me.....So in short: No more arguments on IRC about scripting, 'lame' tactics anything like that. Discussions are ok, but no arguments Dropping my elitest attitude Attending more classes and helping out Not placing myself above people Knowing my place Respecting others opinions Representing the academy properly in public Basically the new Jake who was a right f00 is gone. The old Jake who joined the academy way back, is back. Don't think of me as a Knight, I'm still a student I just have a different letter and some more responsibility. I want to apologise to all the people I've been out of order to: NoFrikkinFun (for the chatkill, scripting, and RPG arguments) La Magra (for my elitest attitude and abrasivness, and also arguments) Chosen One (basically being downright rude) Dart Maul (for not respecting your talent, putting you down, and placing myself above you) The rest of the academy (for letting you ALL down) I'm not doing this for anyone, no one threatened to kick me or anything, I'm doing this for myself because I don't like who I've become recently. I hope you can forgive me (I know some of you will think I'm making a mountain out of a molehill and should jsut shutup, but I need to get this out as its a big deal to me, I'm not normally this bad) _______________ Apprenctice of Jedi Master Ascari (deceased) Descended from a line of great Jedi Will argue any point of view from any side  |
