UTC is the Universal Coordinated Time.
UTC time is relative to the 0-Meridian, which passes thru Greenwich, England.

you have to set it up in your profile. You need your GMT offset (GMT is the United Kingdom, which is 0)

There should be a map or something you can look at to view your area, and what offset you're in. I'm not good at this stuff :P luckily since I'm from UK mine was already set :D
