I have just finished compiling and uploading a bug fix for the NPCs. Expect the JACs to get it uploaded to the Servers sometime soon, you'll have to re-download the map unfortunatly, but it'll work much better.  - Virtue.  _______________ Academy Architect |

The room with the mobile Imperial targetting drones has a problem. The drones respawn after being destroyed, and they continue to respawn and multiply. If one is destroyed, more respawn and continue to do so until the room is flooded. _______________ Follow the virtues of your heart |

lol How much did you pay Virtue to add the bar, anyway Mune? Seriously, the map looks good, but I have a couple issues. First off, the whole map has a "modern facility, made to blend with ancient ruins" feel, but I suggest we play down the ruins as much as possible... Rather than having wreckage in the courtyard, maybe we could have some plantlife? Like the Yavin Duel map, except with some planned landscaping. As for the naming convention of the map, I suggest adding signs labeling them as Lightsaber Training, Force Training, and Movement Training. That way people can just say "I'm in the LT Facility" or "I'm in Lightsaber Training" or something like that. Ya dig? The bar was a nice touch. It shall be a nice place to just hang out, I suspect. And finally, I suggest some areas be slightly simplified, like the facility entrances. Redesigning the walls could very possibly make the map look nicer, while cutting down on the brushes used, etc. OH! That reminds me! Put the doors back! AGH! lol I'm a big fan of doors, so if *I* were making the map, I'd have one in every doorway.  That is all. Good stuff guys! |

I'd like to add something... In JK2, when you want to find someone, you'll ask where he is, and he'll say something like: Matrix, Ceremonial, or something like that... Are you going to give names to all the rooms and even then, the map is just too big It took me a hell a lot of time to learn all the rooms in the JK2 map now we have more than three times that rooms Something to think about _______________ Visit the Belouve Family Website! You said we shouldn't report any obvious bugs but I got one I'm not too sure if it's my system or just the map but the erm... garden area, where you spawn you see on the roof some kind of big block... if you keep looking at it, and then movie it has some weird texture problem Again, I do not know if it is my system, or the map For the other things, good job! nicely done _______________ Visit the Belouve Family Website! I like it. I like how the bar has those booths that close when you press the button maybe there can be a few hidden rooms behind that bar area so that people can train undisturbed. Love it! It PWNS!! But: The elevator (the large one, in the main hall, the one up to the training rooms) doesn't seem to work when you want to go down (aka, call it from the 2nd floor). |
