I think Sidious would win. If you keep in mind that the Rule of the Sith is that the strongest will be the master, so when the aprentance becomes stronger thatn the master he will kill the Master. I think Palpatine is far more powerful than people give him credit for. After all, he did manage to turn the Chosen One to the darkside. Against Yoda, he would definitely win. Yoda was better than Count Dooku, but he still couldn't beat him. i dont think we gonna se yoda and palpatine in a duel but who know maybe in ep3 it will be a very cool duel if it comes u have se yoda in ep2 right and he was very coll with the saber maybe we will se palpy and yo yo yoda fight in thehardest duel in sw ever and se palpatine defeat yoda and yoda run away it have be cool to se some one defeat yoda it have be a good final duel and if none shall defeat yoda shall it be palpatine right _______________ bye all i had a great time here i will never forget it i really gonna miss u all |

Hmm this is a tough one. I honestly can't see Lucas allowing the fight to take place. The duel, no matter what the result, would take away from the almost omnipotence that most people think that Yoda and Palpatine have. If Palpatine won, it would make Yoda seem far less powerful than everyone believes. If Yoda won...well, it would do the same towards the Emperor. My final opinion: neither would win. Well, I guess he has some more Force Powers, just don't know which ones. Dominate Mind would fit him well tho. And his saber skills....I think he can handle a saber quite well |
