I have the Jedi Academy game in but how do I get to the JA map? _______________ My Fiancee left me and the Sorrow is too much to bear. I enlisted in the military and ended up a Lance Corporal of the Corps. The sorrow is still there. Only death in Iraq can satisfy me. |

Thanks NightmarE. You answered what I needed to know. I visited the Academy, but there was no one there on the home or classes server. I left and then regreted it. I saw this and the comment on your profile and I'm not sure I understand your question. To get into one of the game servers, go onto the server page and choose one. The ones that start with [JA] are Jedi Outcast servers and the ones that start with jk3 are for Jedi Academy servers. Once you click on one it will show you the IP and the password(only if your logged in will you see the password). Then start up the game (either Jedi Outcast or Jedi Academy depending on what you clicked on at the server page) and type "pasword <password>" then "connect <IP>" in the console. This should take you to the server you want. You will probably have to download the map beforehand if you haven't already. You can find them on the page of the server you chose. man, i was so confused at first. We have a trainer named Xanatos, and I thought he had gone insane. So, anyway. I recoomend downloading a program called the All-Seeing Eye. I read your profile, and it appears that you think you can access the game through the website- you can't. Use the ASE to hop onto a server. As to the stuff you need, the mod is server side, so there is no dl there. To get the map, download it, then extract it into your base folder- the tree looks like this: C:My programs/Lucas Arts/Jedi Academy/gamedata/base. Once the map is in, get on ASE, add the server ip to your favorites, put in the pasword, and it'll pull you in.
