I Think its a great game, however I think the made it alittle too "fast" compared to JO. The Staff and Dual Sabers are cool, but makes it easier for button smashers. I thought that the story line was kinda thin compared to JK2 and kinda short and easy as well, more set pieces and smarter NPCs would have been nice, but you can say that about just about any game. It must be a mod thing then. I figured it was just disabled in JAR  . I don't think it's a lamer move. Basically the same things I hate about JK2. Overpowered lightning and gripkick. I'm fine with the new lightsaber additions. I hate it when people just spam gripkick and lightning. I know it can be countered with absorb but it just irritates me to no end when I have to change my force powers just because someone thinks they are good when they spam force powers. Lightning is extremely overpowered and they must have been on serious crack when they decided to make it near-instant death when used with melee. It doesn't help when I have people on pubs "owning" me with gripkick and lightning. _______________ When great gentlemens come together in a place. It could happen. JA Likes: -New Saber styles -Custom characters (Jaden) -NPCs in multiplayer -Bigger maps -Wall runs -More Base skins -Slightly better graphics -Katas (They arent't so n00bish if ya know how/when to use them.) JK2 Likes: -longer Rolling -Better single player plot/characters -Better DFAs (Mostly when it comes to aiming.) -Way better single player maps Overall, they're both great games though. V what lief said was right.. tho the jk2 maps rule. Call me crazy but i enjoy both games pretty much the same. jkja for ffa/dueling and jk2 for instagib. Ill still be getting into basejkja soon enough.. _______________ |

I've grown to really like jk3 mainly because I only played jk2 for about a month before jk3 came out. JK3 pros (imo): -It's customization system rules -Movement is so much more fluid and realistic -It's strange damage system (keeps you on the edge every second) -CTF -Words are on the middle of the screen right above hud. -The DL-44 JK3 Cons (imo): -Rolling backwards -Sniping -Max /cg_fov is 97 -Not as original maps as JK2  |

My dislikes are that they have messed with the saber damage too much. Now theres no ultimate challenge. The dfa's are harder to do and when ever you slip up it shows that you have made a mistake. Here's JK2 Veteran's opinion... Likes in JKA: - Wall runs (new runs looks neat )- More sabers (gives nice boost in duels) Dislikes: - Damage scale is messed up (red swing can take damage between 1 - 150...) - Stance changing is SSSLLLOOOOOWWWWW.... - Hate basic roll and cartwheel - Staff is way too overpowered - Some combos feels bit weird (Got too used to jk2 )- Blue style and lunge are mostly useless (Only 2 "good" stances) Summary: I Luv jk2 _______________ People once believed that when someone dies the CroW carries their soul to the land of the dead... |

I loved the single player game in JA. I never finished the single player in JO... maybe I should do that :\ -I don't like the way rolling is different now in MultiPlayer. -I like that you can run straight up a wall -I miss the jump kick/back flip from JO, and kick duels in the pit till the crack of dawn. I don't know, it feels really different and yet the same. Overall I like it a lot, but it's hard for me to say which I like better. _______________ One of the Belouve boys |
