Yeah it's a shame for Brazil, but well they didn't play as good as France. The first mistake of the coach was to put only one classical forward, and that was Ronaldo. He's a bit old and over-weight so he couldn't handle the ball as he should have done. I think it would be much better to go with Robinho as a second forward and then substitute Ronaldo with Adriano. But well there was still Cafu who made a lot of mistakes and just did fouls to keep up with France. I'd choose another player if I were the coach. The only two old players who played good were Dida and Roberto Carlos. Dida always plays great and Roberto Carlos played really superb that match. He ran as much as noone else on the pitch. I think with younger players the WC title would've gone to Brazil.  Btw I don't think I'll come to the class because it's WC final then. Yeah, it's always sad to see someone like Janus leave. Well, he's not actually leaving fortunately, he'll still be with us. His classes won't be there anymore though..  Yeah, Janus has always been a mentor and a friend to me. We had some fun times on the servers etc, but since he's not leaving, I bet there'll be more where those times came from I haven't seen Virtue myself, lately. He's probably busy with RL, which is why he missed his class. I'll keep an eye out next week, if he isn't there, expect me instead. _______________ The name is Bond. James Bond. |

Thanks for showing. You really did seem to improve! I may have provided a bit of guidance, but it's your own effort that got you that far, so well done. Keep practicing, I'm sure there are a couple of others that wouldn't mind a few pistol duels if you asked them nicely. Reguarding my sicness, there was something in my room that was forcing a small cold into a much worse illness, but I figured it out shortly before class and got rid of it, so I wasn't really that bad for class.  |

Thank you for the compliments you gave me and the well wishes you sent me off on. Although pretty fresh to the Academy, judging by your profile ID, one of the most important characteristics is the ability to honor not only yourself but your opponent/friends/companions as well. A Kind Heart is hard to come by nowadays, especially when gaming with other folks from around the world. I see one in you, and continue to hold onto it. No knowledge of guns is essential to participate in my Beginner/Intermediate Gunning Techniques class. It may not show my fighting techniques, but I also have a movement class named Jumping Essentials looking at many types of jumps, hops, flips and walltricks that does not require you to have much game knowledge. The only reason I ask that you are at least at an avarage dueling skill in my Situations of Combat class is that if in all of the activities you can only survive for 5 seconds, it probably wouldn't be very much fun for you or the opponent. I don't teach the game mechanics at all in that class, so if you don't have a basic grasp on things and can't last for more than a couple of seconds, the class will not be of much use to you. It is only really intended to further train the basic skills you pick up in many other JA classes. |

It depends on what you're interested in learning. In my basic medium stance class I teach whatever a beginner will need to get a basic understanding and control over yellowstance as well as insight into some very basic techniques. In my Force classes on Friday I teach about the (mainly practical) usage of the Force. I use the different specifications (such as duration, Force Point cost, etc.) to help you duel like what I think is efficient. Although saber combat's a lot more populair than Full Furce fights, I think it's important to know about the Force since we're all playing a game in which we're being Jedi.
