As for the instance where you restricted yourself from backslashing: While I actually don't remember the duel in question, I have no doubt that the event took place as you described. I have indeed learned many things since then, however, and that includes that no tactics are 'cheap' such as the backslash. Admittedly the game was improved when the backslash was changed in 1.04, but that does not change the fact that during 1.03 you were doing just what you should have been: maximizing your chance to win. However does that not illustrate the point that banning any move is just silly and pointless? For the most part, JKA is a very well balanced game that needs no banned moves, banning moves just tips the balance for whatever moves are unbanned, breaking the competitive aspect of the game.

As for the shot on me personally, ignoring the omitted fact that I was playing on 56k with framerates under 30 at the time. I'm going to shrug it off taking comfort in the fact that I have dueled you a number of times since your return to The JA, and I must admit that I quite purposefully did not let you win a single one of them.
