While never holding an official staff rank in the JA, Dante was massively influential to many that did; people such as Jaiko D'Kana, Luke Skywalker, Jaina D'Kana, Virtue, myself and many others - whether as a teacher, an opponent on the servers, or as a friend.
With that in mind, plus recognition that he was one of the best saber duelers to have played Jedi Knight II, it only makes sense that we honour him and his life, which was tragically taken from him, by placing his name in the Jedi Academy Hall of Fame. I saw your post on JJ's profile. I have to point out that Jedi Knights cannot change pictures of students, so there is already involvement from a higher rank. That's all I can say about it. Other than that, I personally thought it was a funny joke, but you are of course entitled to your own opinion. |
