I've decided that it would be best to contact new students through their e-mail addresses rather than their profiles as they probably don't know to check it . I wrote him this: Quote: Hey phYlo2x! What this means is it's my job to make sure you have a proper introduction to the JA and receive any help you need in getting around/taking classes, ect. The absolutely first thing you should do is read the rules (http://www.thejediacademy.net/rules.php). These are very important and are enforced, so it would be wise to read up on 'em. The next thing to scan would be the Holocron (http://www.thejediacademy.net/holocron.php) to get an overview in the JA orginization and tid-bits about the game. To get into our servers, you must first get the IP and password from our server page. You most likely will be interested in our Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy servers. Our JK3 servers are JK3-HOME-USA (http://www.thejediacademy.net/servers_detail.php?f_id=19), JK3-CLASSES (http://www.thejediacademy.net/servers_detail.php?f_id=20), and JK3-WIREPLAY-Europe (http://www.thejediacademy.net/servers_detail.php?f_id=21). As long as you are logged in (http://www.thejediacademy.net/login.php), you can get the password for the servers off those pages. Now you are ready to take classes and you can see a list of them at http://www.thejediacademy.net/classes.php Assuming that you set your GMT offset correctly in your profile (http://www.thejediacademy.net/show_profile.php?f_id=7872), then the classes should be displayed at the correct time for your timezone. (I was told that you are GMT -3...which is funny cause it puts you out in the Atlantic Ocean - so unless you live in Greenland, get back to me about where you live). You can know click the 'details' link for a class to get more info and to 'enroll' in it. To see a list of great classes to start out with, go here: http://www.thejediacademy.net/forums_detail_page.php?f_id=8740 In class, treat it like you would any class you were taking. Be respectful of others and your instructor, and try to keep the chatter down . Also be sure to check out the Forums (http://www.thejediacademy.net/forums.php) for all sorts of info and craziness. Starting at about 7:30 EST tonight, Sunday, August 15, as I make my way back to Indiana to go to my mum's, I will have no internet until possibly Wednesday because we have moved again (number 15 in 16 years  ). That means no phone or cable (including internet) until, again, Wednesday.
