Attention all!
While doing extensive research on many different subjects like the infinately clever person that I am - I managed to trace Dash's name back to Ancient Greek times! So, for those of you who wish to know what his name actually means - I shall now tell you! Dash Starlight is in fact Ancient Greek for: A-Hunka Hunka Burnin' Love Yes yes! You heard it here first! Dash, just a quick note to let you (and everyone else who stops by your profile) know that you're the pimp daddy of cool, and I'm very proud of you - you are an awesome Padawan!

Yes, yes, time to give you my rambling! Since I came back to Academy, it's been real pleasure and real honour to know you. We could know each other like 3 years ago, but our relation as friends became far far closer. I'm very proud to call you my friend, Dash. You are the most awesome and patient person, could not imagine anyone else as patient as you are. You never showed sign of frustration, anger or negative emotions in general. In my eyes, that's how a true Jedi should act. You truelly represent what 'Jedi' stands for. For that, you have my utmost respect friend. I cannot help myself, but you've helped me both in game and outside game. I am looking forward to see you in the future, as i am very sure to have great friend and company in you. I hope I've been your friend at least half as good as you are. There's something for you, what completelly symbolises not only Jedi: The Jedi Creed I am a Jedi, an instrument of peace. Where there is hatred I shall bring love; Where there is injury, pardon; Where there is doubt, faith; Where there is despair, hope; Where there is darkness, light; And where there is sadness, joy. Hey Dash.
It's finally time, so here goes. When certain points are reached, people tend to look back and relive in their minds what has happened since they started on their own personal journey. Be it something in the job, or any other RL related event. Also, this applies sometimes on things that happen on the interwebs. And I for myself was also looking back. I rewound the clock in my mind for just a tad longer than 2 years, back to October 2006 when I joined the Academy. I was reliving those days I joined, all the great people I got to know, all the great and sometimes not so great things that happened to me or others while I was present. Of course one of those great things includes meeting you, heh. I can't help it, but getting to know you and starting to work with you both personal and ingame had a significant influence in my RL persona. Nothing that would change my complete character, but you got me thinking about many things I would probably have never thought about otherwise. Your patience and will made me become one of the probably most dedicated Padawans back then. Under your tutelage, your teaching, your help and your support - both in-game and personal - I was able to get from student, to padawan, to knight and finally to trainer within a little less than one year. Your faith in me made me work hard, and still does. Because of you I know that I can achieve anything if I am patient and willing to try hard and to not give up in any way. We both might officially be on the same rank, but I just wanted to let you know that I will always look up to you. I hope I will ever be able to do the job just half as good as you are doing it. As far as I can tell, your work here is outstanding, and I am bright enough to take that not for granted. I cannot imagine anyone who would ever be unable to not appreciate what you are doing. Without you, I wouldn't be the person I am today. I am glad that our ways have crossed. It has been and will always be an honor to be around you. Thank you for the years so far. And thanks in advance for all those things still to come. I love you, man.
