Hmm ok, well not sure if there even is an explicit 'Grey Jedi Code' in star wars, best i could do is have a look at all the sources, and using my own knowledge etc. put together a code myself based upon what we know of the in-universe philosophy. Of course the idea of being 'grey' moraly is not restricted to Star Wars, and thats where it gets even more complicated.
