Hi! There is a new game coming out on April 28th (I think) called Guild Wars. It looks so good IMO. Its an MMORPG with NO SUBSCRIPTION FEE! There is over 750 skills for each class, and of course, each character can be two classes. Furthermore, unlike other RPG's you can destroy pretty much anything (I think) e.g. You can destroy bridges which people need to use! Was anyone thinking about getting this? Yay for guild wars! I never tried WoW or any of the others out there and I love GW  I'm currently a Lvl 11 Ranger/EleMENTAList by the name of Darcio Ambar .. which, If i remember (I can't find the page where I found the meanings of names anymore), is Arabic for Dark Sky  I'm currently on the path of the Pyromancer (I don't know if its an official path but its what I call it!) learning all the fire magic I can and only picking up other elements by accident doing quests. Currently I'm trying to find a way to break down weapons so I can upgrade my new Shortbow with the upgrades from my low level 'Fiery Longbow of Defence' and possibly combining it with my Charr-bane longbow while I'm wandering around Ascalon and its near by areas. _______________ "Out the cat5, through the router, down the T1, over the leased line, off the bridge, past the firewall... nothing but 'Net." Eh, the 9/29 update didn't affect my Mesmer that much. The only two skills I used out of the "nerfs" were Energy Tap and Diversion. Energy Tap is still okay, and Diversion might be worse, but I only have reason to use that in PvP to ruin the lives of Warriors. |

Mesmers are really fun to play, and that's the profession my character got that I beat the game with. Though, with an E/Me, I suppose you'll primary use mesmer for stealing energy though? w00t Guild Wars!!!! I'm a W/E level four, name of Kouen Akechi. I usually play on the International District, because more peeps are usually there  .Let's all hook up sometime .Love the game, even though I'm not very far in. It rocks!!  (PS: Guild Wars is NOT an MMO. It's a CORPG. Competitive Online Role Playing Game. You don't even need to spend time levelling up, you can dive into PvP if you so wish, but roleplay characters are more fun. It's all skill based. And everyone seems to be more skilled than me  .) I'd say sell, unless you're class needs it for armor. There's no point in saving up loads that you don't need, since you can salvage like 20 parts from one salvage item later. I did the first Titan mission, now I'm sitting on defending Denravi. Raz, you should definitely find people to do them with when the henchies are that low. At times people are standing around looking for groups but they never seem to be enough. If you have an active guild, talk with them, they should be happy to help you. Or if I'm on, contact me (King Flash). |

I'd be happy to help you ;D. But, has anyone of you guys that beaten the game tried the titans quests? Just found out about them, and gave it a try. Beat the first one, and now I'm supposed to go and kill some titans outside frontier gate. Though, there's one problem... The henchies around that area is level 6... The charrs I'm facing is.... level 24... I've come to the conclusion that this is a quest that's impossible to do with henches. So if anyone is going to do them, drop me a line! |
