I am planning to hold a weekly "event" of some sort. Time to be decided.
Each week will have a different "event", ideas so far include: CTF Instagib TFFA Tag Team Duels Siege Flying Maps These will be overseen by the JAK+ who will ensure that each event runs smoothly. So - this is what I want: ideas on what other gametypes could be featured, what you want to see first, and when are you free.

But fear not, we can rebuild you - we have the technology. Soon, you could be a tffa pro feasting on glorious frags that inspire awe and leave spectators in a stunned state, only able to speak the phrase 'n1'. Oh yes, in no time at all you could be cruising along the esl with fellow Aurochs, making the sparks flow from your opponents bodies, adopting the local tongue with phrases like 'main', 'no duelling ffs', 'oki go for backstab', 'lol owned', 'gg no re' and a sarcastic comment of your personal flavour for unfortunate incidents, both to teammates and the opposing team, typically 'gf' in ironic context Oh I know you're tempted _______________ Fervent supporter of duelling - leave a message if you would like to battle! That way it could also bolster relations between players , since you'll need to find yourself a partner and maybe train with him/her til ou feel comfortable alongside him. I don't want to do anything which means people get knocked otu after 10 min then stand around bored.

So the solution to this: will the events be held alternatingly according to US and Euro times? From what I can see, the majority of activity seems to be from the Euro side. That is a good idea but if any of these are held on weekdays, there's such a huge discrepancy in time that most US players won't be able to join in on the fun if the events are held in Euro servers.
So the solution to this: will the events be held alternatingly according to US and Euro times? |

I'd like to see focus on the sabering part mostly, with guns used sparingly to keep things varied/fresh, not a fan of force at all either personally, so I'd like to avoid that completely. I wonder if anyone is interested in trying the Destroyer siege for one of these times. I know that JK3 wasn't designed to support flying that much, but it is still an interesting gametype.

W00t I've been waiting some time for this!
I think we should vary the gametype every week because all the ideas sound good.
I'd like to do some more instagib/ctf though. Flying sounds cool though but we'll need a good map for that. Deathstartrench v2 perhaps? I know jka flying sucks but it will be fun to do it once in a few weeks. Btw I'm free almost every weekend. _______________ May the force be with you. And may the academy stand forever!
