Okay guys, Beta 3 should be ready for release within the next week or so. So what I'm looking for from you guys is to state what changes you think should be made to the existing map. Anything that you think should be changed will do here, both Major and Minor changes. Just don't reply saying "I think you should add a room for this" or "You should put that in the Lake area" because we already know how many more rooms there will be and what we are going to put in them. What I am looking for here is your opinions to changes to parts of the Map that already exist. IE - The Courtyard, The Fortress, The Training Rooms and the Temple. Oh yes, please bare in mind that the Server crashing is not a result of the Map. Spawning alot of NPCs does not crash the Server. The Home and Classes Servers currently use an older version of cHoSeN oNe's JA Reloaded Mod, which can cause Server Crashes via Saberlocks. C1 has since fixed this problem, and we are just waiting for the update to be added to the Servers.  So.....GO!!  - Virtue.  _______________ Academy Architect |

FPS has never been a problem to me, I get 45 in the courtyard. |

I think it would be cool if we had a room, with a special door A door that will only open to JATS, and JAC's The Room could be used for Trials and stuff like that It would make teleporting a bit less frequent  it would be cool, y'know what I mean _______________ Visit the Belouve Family Website! What I think u should even tho it was probably already mentioned is uhhh puttign back the doors in the class rooms cause it causes cheaper fps due to the open doors it'll be better to close it off that way it can maximize on fps same with the are that leads to the upper cerimonial and the bar that entire door space should hve a door added to it to(givin its still there)other than that Im sure it'll pwn when u guys finish it up _______________ Sister to Smily,Axion,and CT Friend to ALL... the walking thingy is ok, and thats not gona be changed in the next release. Xwing is not gonna happen either. Part of the fun is letting the JA members name rooms themselves, but can be confusing "I'm in the pillar room" "No not that pillar room !" Orion, I never noticed all those red circles when i was playing Everything i have to point out has been said but I would like it easier to get to where u wanna be, not all of us have teleport you know, Maybe spawn us in a tele room with labled archways that take you to different places. Great job on the map guys! It really looks awesome! I didn't read all the other posts, but maybe every here and there you could have a "You are Here" directory or something. Kinda like at the mall. Also, maybe give each of the rooms a name so if someone is in the room, they can say "Come to the 'Matrix Room' or whatever. That's about all I can think of right now. Just a couple of Aethetic requests realy, (now there's a surprise!). It needs a tree or two - something other than just those ruins to make it a place where we can truely relax. T.Siduro, the admins will be able to open the private rooms in the bar, so that's not a problem seeing there are quite a lot of admins around |

First of all my compliments Personally i think you did a wonderfull job on the main hall, the bar and the classes area. Since these are the area's that are most used, i suggest taking away the other wings with matrix like rooms and center the whole map to the part i just mentioned and the fort to create more symmetry. _______________ Ceterum censeo Carthaginem esse delendam |

First get the Fps up in the courtyard. Then fix some of the bevel textures. Then fix the "looking up through glass pyramid in corridor" errors. +The windows in the training halls. Then add some trees to the courtyard and some sky to the main cermony hall. It's pretty dull in there. Light up the academy a little. _______________ 362 Ohi on! |

Eh... do something so the doors in the bar aren't permanently locked when someone dies in there? Like make a room a good ways away that opens them, right? That way someone can't just stand right by 'em, open it, then run back in - like they have to go all the way across the map. That way it doesn't fully defeat the purpose of having private rooms, and they won't end up locked and stuff. Yeah, there's my idea. _______________ © |
