The recently departed La Magra asked the Council to post this email from him, so here it is: "hey, I don't know where to start but as some of you might know allready I've recently been banned from the JA. I am taking full responsibility for the ban, because I believe that the council took the right decision. I'd like to apologize to the ppl I've hurt with my actions. I'd never ment to hurt any of you. But the truth is that I did hurt some of you and I deserve to be punished so I am accepting this ban without further fight. I'd also like to say, alltho it is unlikely, but if the council should decide to lift my ban, I'll probably never return to the JA. The JA has been a part of my life for more than a year and a half and I loved every moment here. But I won't return for one reason. Missing the JA is a constant reminder of what I've done wrong, it will remind me of whats wrong with my personality and for those that I've and other, I promise that I'll never let it get this far ever again. I don't blame anyone for looking at me differently or being disgusted with me cause quite frankly I am disgusted with myself at the moment. I've hurt some ppl that I care very much about and thats absolutly untolarable. I also like to mention that from this moment I won't message any JA member ever again, unless they make it clear to me that they still want to keep in contact with me (which I am hoping that few of the good friends I made here will do, and that they will forgive me for what I've done). Thats all I wanted to say. For whats its worth, I truly am sorry about my actions. MAYBE YOU SHOULD LEARN THE DEFINITION OF THE WORD OPINION. Everyone is entitled to their own, it is their God given right. I dont know anything about this. I just want to remind you that alot of people wouldnt be who they are today without Magra. IN MY OPINION I think banning him was the wrong thing to do. If it was a case such as Doobster says then I think the correct course of action is offering help to him, not throwing a dedicated teacher out on his ass. _______________ I was a child when I joined the JA...scary. |

Well... I just want to say I really liked mr Maggi  To me he always was most kind and he learned me loads of stuff...I don't know what he's done, nor why. But if I judge on what I have seen of him it is a big loss to the Jedi Academy. I also find it rather strange that I'm seeing this in the Jedi Academy forum instead on the news posts, but I'll ques there'll be a reason for it... Like I pointed out to Helen on IRC, it isn't easy for people who don't know what's going on to judge this situation. They're confused and sad, so it's not proper to hold that against them, and she agreed with that. She's tired with this whole situation, which I understand. This place makes me sick, this whole thread makes my stomach turn, I don't know what's more nauseating...the 'hey good luck magra' or the mere thought of 'bring him back'. Did anyone actually consider the feelings of the person/s directly affected by this? no...why? cause hey! he's a good guy!...sad to see u go!..yea right!...you tell that to the person/s on the receiving end of his 'goodguy' personality..Infact...none of you know sh*t...Sometimes I hear of people being banned for things that well lets just say..are well 'not so serious' but hey wtf do I know eh..I don't even play the game! and sometimes I actually question those who have authority to do so..this time I have nothing but utter respect for those council members that took this decision. Rule breaking is completely unnacceptable and in this case...when something so serious affects RL it is completely intollerable...so to all the opinionated people who've stated their goodwills and 'sorry to see u go' messages I think it's best you stfu unless you know the full extent and the seriousness of this ban...cause believe me..if only you knew. _______________ Treat others the way you expect to be treated
