This doesnt come easy for me guys so bear with me. Well as many of you have heard i am retiring. Not because of the clean up or this or that with the jedi academy. i love this place and the people in it. As of this past year my behaviour has been steadily getting worse. I attribute this to the loss of my best friend Chris Sonneson passing a year ago this last easter. I take grief out on others who dont do anything really wrong, I have treated some of you pretty crappy and for this i apologize to you. I hope that for those who have felt my sting, they will forgive me my wrongs and move on to having the fun they deserve here. I also apologize to all of you for being a jerk at times. dont think for a minute that this is easy for me. it isnt. I have to make peace with this demon that makes me hurt. Until that happens im not very useful to anyone. i thank all of you for the countless funtimes we have had. To Virtue and Hardwired i say thanks for every moment you guys shared with me. without you guys my start would have been my ending. To katan i say, thank for putting up with this old man and his yen to annoy you. To my padawans: i hold all of you guys close. we have had certainly a ton of fun together and you guys are all close friends as far as im concerned. I hope you guys can understand and forgive me for retiring. you guys became extremely leet and learned well not only in game but on a social level too. youve all became more than i ever hoped for and i hope you all stay tight and keep the fun going. Much love to you guys. krytikyl, you and ashley are the goods. you two went way out of your way for me. thank you guys i totally think you guys are awesome. to my pad bros especially lackey. im not running im recouperating. i dont want to be another obit. so im sorry if you guys feel i ran. i gave it my all. thanks for all the great times you guys gave me. you surely are all awesome people. to my grandmaster db and my pad uncles especially tallepyon. you guys watched me come from zero to hero i hope you enjoyed the ride. i sure did. tallepyon man you totally rock!!! anyone who is lucky enough to be talle's friend knows exactly what im saying. talle you are way funny and make me laugh even when i feel my lowest. thanks for that talle it means alot. to my brothers and sisters in the ranks... you guys have helped me in so many ways and im sorry if i was a burden on you. you guys deserve all the best that life has to offer and i hope you all attain that. im especially sorry if i have ever made any of you to feel bad or mad i never meant or would ever want to hurt any of you guys. thanks so much guys and gals  jacen aratan...man where do i begin with you. you were the one who helped me when i first joined the ja and the one who still helps me when ever i need it. you play games that you totally hate with me just because i like to play them. that is the best man i thank you for all that youve done and endured for me. lots of love to you jacen. To the teamspeak crew... you guys endured my style of fun for a long time. thanks for laughing with me and having the fun we did togeher. keep up the laughs and try to annoy n00b alittle more to keep him in line. you guys are fun as all hell. thanks ts crew!! if i left you out of my mention im deeply sorry its not that i forgot you its just that the more i type to you guys the harder it gets. and trust me it hurts pretty bad already. Know this and know it well though, you guys are all very special to me and i hope you have a ball in the future. keep the home fires burning for me guys. i love ya's. If I had to split my JA career, it be BTS and ATS. Before Team Speak was my learning of the game, messing around on the servers, having a little bit of fun, but dueling like crazy. Then we hooked up Mo, and you got my butt on TS, and a whole new level of the JA opened up for me. As much as it was good to be personable in game, text can only do so much. The power of the voice took it to the next extreme, and I don't believe I would have gone as far as I have today in the game or within the academy if it hadn't been for that. Top it off by getting to meet you and the rest of the guys in Chicago, and the "circle was no complete." You are a heck of a guy my friend and brother, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I am in complete agreement of your retirement not because I want to see you go, but I KNOW the feeling that you feel, where you just know, it's, that, time, to, go. So I can do nothing but raise a Red Stripe to you, Motrec Rollstab of the clan McInsta...You go now and take your pardon from the Jedi Academy, let me finish this brew...I'll be right behind you brother... _______________ Be honorable, be friendly, be trustworthy. Well, I knew this was coming eventually, and I've been regretting it. I always tried to figure out what about the JA was so great and kept us all hanging around here. It wasn't the classes or endless dueling, it was the people. You were one of the guys that really made this place what it was to me, Mo. Right off the bat when I joined you helped me out in getting on TS, Skype, and IRC. You took the time to explain how things worked out and introduced me to the folks around here. You were there for me as a JAT too in how you looked after all of the Knights. One of the most loyal guys I've met, you were always there for any of your bros. I'm really going to miss the good times on TS, in instagib, and on the servers. I'm gonna miss losing focus for a fraction of a second to hear the combined sound of a saber in my arse and you going "AHHH HAAAA!" in my headphones  . Be well bro, and don't be a stranger. |

Man, I don't know what to say. The JA just won't be the same without you, and I will always remember those funny moments on TS that still make me laugh.
