Ok for everyone who would like to participate in the 2 vs 2 tournament please fill out a reply using the format below. Ingame name(only if it is different than your forum name): Name of partner(forums and ingame): Team name (optional, mainly for fun): Preferred time for tournament(please include timezone): Method of contact(how you wish to be contacted: profile, e-mail, msn, snail mail, etc. Please don't choose snail mail =P): Rules: 2 teams would face off at a time. Each team would have their own different saber colour. The arena will probably be one of the mats. Friendly fire will be on. No force powers allowed (except jump/saber skills). Each player will start with 100health and 25 shield. It will be an elimination tournament where the team with the last player standing will advance, and the losing team is knocked out of the tournament. If a player disconnects in the middle of a duel, both teams turn off their light sabers and when the player reconnects s/he is knocked down to the health they had prior to d/c and the duel continues. The deadline for registering is June 30 2005. There is currently no set date for the tournament. I will look at the preferred times and try to accommodate everyone. If you need to register past the deadline you can, just post in this thread. But just make sure you tell me that you did, so I will know to check it and add you. In case anyone was wondering you need to have a partner before registering, no partners will be provided sorry =P. Have fun everyone! Sorry guys but I've decided to cancel the tournament. I did not do enough planning and as a result people had a diffcult time showing up. Thank you all for participating. ok well Tido couldnt be on for our match vs Kauyon and *|irael so i found replacement flux0r! The Kancho Assassins took on an honorable opponent (vgg) and ended up victorius! Very Very Good Game to the honorable oppisition Kauyon and *|irael i took a demo of the match which is available here for anyone who wants to watch it or for rarkon to assure that everything went smoothly. To view this demo: Take the .dm_26 and drop it into your lucasarts/jediacademy/gamedata/base/demos folder, if no demos folder exist, create one, and then place the demo in it. THen go to the main menu -> play game -> play demo and click the name of the demo and then click "play demo"  _______________ It's a false hologram, it IS artificial... |

Eica's team was present for the match and therefore win, that is fair since it was the rule. Congrats. However I realize that we are here to play the game so this is what I'm thinking, the two other teams will face off in a best of 3 match at a time that is suitable for them, and the winner would also advance to the final round. I'll leave it up to those two teams to figure out the best time. I didn't admit anything actually. Check and see my total lack of posting. a) our team stated what times we are available, yet we were put in a time outside of this b) your timezone EST? What is this? c) if you had to stay up really late it obviously wasn't a conveniant time for you either So I'm sorry you lost sleep and stayed up, but I won't just give in without even playing a match. That's the kinda thing which killed the last tourney. Play at a time which is actually conveniant for the teams, so we might actually play the damn games, not this winning by default bull.
