Ok for everyone who would like to participate in the 2 vs 2 tournament please fill out a reply using the format below. Ingame name(only if it is different than your forum name): Name of partner(forums and ingame): Team name (optional, mainly for fun): Preferred time for tournament(please include timezone): Method of contact(how you wish to be contacted: profile, e-mail, msn, snail mail, etc. Please don't choose snail mail =P): Rules: 2 teams would face off at a time. Each team would have their own different saber colour. The arena will probably be one of the mats. Friendly fire will be on. No force powers allowed (except jump/saber skills). Each player will start with 100health and 25 shield. It will be an elimination tournament where the team with the last player standing will advance, and the losing team is knocked out of the tournament. If a player disconnects in the middle of a duel, both teams turn off their light sabers and when the player reconnects s/he is knocked down to the health they had prior to d/c and the duel continues. The deadline for registering is June 30 2005. There is currently no set date for the tournament. I will look at the preferred times and try to accommodate everyone. If you need to register past the deadline you can, just post in this thread. But just make sure you tell me that you did, so I will know to check it and add you. In case anyone was wondering you need to have a partner before registering, no partners will be provided sorry =P. Have fun everyone! I couldnt find a where it states the new time of when Im in my match. Okay the date are in the original post now, I switched bono_bob's team with [hacker]. This should work. Bono_bob and [hacker] please respond and tell me if it does. Also the team Elite Knights (Matrix and Sputnik) will be joining the tournament. 4 days until the tournament. Remember it is hosted in the classes server and not the home server. Ok here are the times that each block will play, who is in which block and who they're playing first. All times are given in GMT -5 (EST). *********************************************** See original post****************************** *********************************************** The winners of each block will face off on a time decided by themselves. If the time list is not suitable for you PLEASE tell me as soon as possible. I will not be able to attend Block C's matches, I need sleep too . The teams will play a best 2 out of 3 to determine the winner. The winner advances to the next round. An example of how the tournament will work. Block ? Team A VS Team B Team C VS Team D Team A will play Team B for one match. Team A wins. The next match will be Team C vs Team D. Then Team A will face Team B for again. If Team A wins then Team A advances to face the winner of Team C and Team D. Also duels will not start with 100/100 They will start with 100/25, thank you again n00b for telling me this.
